Important Notices:

1. Kindly note that D16 PRO is NOT a standalone product. It needs to be connected to a computer/laptop to work.

2. Connection Tips:
 Your computer needs to have USB ports available for the connection, if not, you need an adapter to convert for the connection.
 Please be assured the USB cable securely plug into your computer.
 After connecting the cable correctly, please wait about 30s-1min to wait the USB Hardware driver loaded successfully.

3.Download drawing software:
 Please download the drawing software to your computer from web before you start your art creation.
 The free drawing software like gimp, firealpaca, krita , medibang, etc. Or paid programs like: Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, adode premiere, adobe    after effect, sai version 2, clip studio paint, etc

4. Driver Installation Tips:
 Download the latest driver from Artisul official web :artisul dot net to your computer.
 Before installation, please uninstall Other Brand’s Driver and reboot your computer. And please close all drawing program when installing the driver.
 Please "Run as administrator" when you install the driver. (Right click Artisul app-->Run as administrator)
