Sharescreen Support

Please follow the below instructions:

1.Download Teamviewer app to perform screenshare support “Click here to Download”

2. You will than receive your Teamviewer ID and password, see screen shoot below.

3. Sign up for screenshare schedule  “Click here to sign up

4. During Screenshare support make sure to have your Computers display language set to English or Chinese.

ATTENTION: For security reasons if you restart your computer, your given Teamviewer password would change.
Notify us the new Teamviewer password  by sending us an email at support@artisul.zendesk.com
