Warranty

Artisul devices purchased from Artisul Official Store come with a 1-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

You have 30 days (from the date of purchase) to request a return/refund. You need to request a return within 7 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date OR 30 days from the order date, whichever is later. That is to say, you have at least 7 days to request a return if your product has a quality problem.

Return shipping costs

1. If you return the goods for reasons other than a product quality problem, an 8% restocking fee will be charged and you will have to bear the shipping fee both ways (including cross-border and international shipping costs).
2.If the product has a hardware problem, a full refund will be given including the shipping fee for returning the defective product (NOTE: replacement can be requested instead of a full refund).

Return & Refund Process

1.Submit a ticket through Artisul Support site or contact us through email at service@artisul.com. We will process your return and refund application within 1-2 business days after receiving your email.
2. We will provide the address where to send back the defective item and process your refund within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Replacement Policy

Please be assured that if a product quality problem arises within one year from the purchase date, we can apply for a replacement unit for you. Please provide the following information:
Product serial number (on the back of the unit);
Product order number;
Purchase link where you bought the item;
A video or some pictures that can show the problem clearly.
Once the replacement application is approved, we will send a replacement unit for free. However, you need to bear the shipping fee if it has exceeded 30 days from the purchase date.

Canceling an order

If you purchased an item and would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please be informed that an 8% restocking fee will be charged.

Limited warranty

The Product are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship during 12 months product warranty period, from the date purchase as evidenced by copy of invoice (proof of purchase).

The Warranty only covers the UPen and Drawing Tablet, and not for accessories like pen tips or pen case or cable, etc. If the product fails during regular and proper use within the Warranty Period, ARTISUL will repair or replace the defective parts of the product, or the product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied. This Warranty applies only if the Product was newly manufactured on the Date of Purchase and not sold as used, refurbished or manufacturing seconds. Please keep the original purchase invoice and the warranty card for the future service request. This Warranty does not include failure caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, non-ARTISUL modifications to the product, any software programs, normal wear and tear or any other event, etc., default or omission outside ARTISUL's control. If the Product is under Warranty, You as a result of this agreement to transfer the ownership of replaced defective parts and such parts shall automatically become the property of ARTISUL.

Exclusions from this limited Warranty Service ARTISUL does not warrant the uninterrupted or error-free operation of this Product. The warranty only covers technical hardware issues during the warranty period and in normal use conditions. It does not apply to software issues or customer induced damages or circumstances such as but not limited to:

(a) The Product has been tampered with, repaired and modified by non-authorized personnel;

(b) The serial number of the Product, components or accessories has been altered, can be celled or removed;

(c) Obsolescence;

(d) Damage (accidental or otherwise) to the Product that does not impact the Product's operation and functions, such as without limitation to rust, change in colour, texture or finish, wear and tear, and gradual deterioration;

(e) Damage to the Product caused by war, terrorism, fire, accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, and use under abnormal conditions;

(f) Damage to the Product caused by improper installation, improper connection or malfunction of a peripheral device such as a printer, optical drive, network card, or USB device, etc ;

(g) Damage to the Product caused by an external electrical fault or any accident;

(h) Damage to the Product resulting from use outside of the operation, storage parameters, or environment detailed in the User's Manual;

(i) Instability of or damage to the Product caused by contamination with hazardous substances, diseases, vermin, or radiation;

(j) Fraud, theft, unexplained disappearance, or willful,

You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our hardware products come with a one (1) year warranty given by UC LogicCorp. For RMA returns, please contact your purchase place for instructions, with product details, serial number, and proof of purchase. You may be required to return the hardware product to the address provided to you at the time, in which case such return will be at your own cost.
